Yes — we're registered with all major insurers. Bring your policy number and pre-authorisation code if your insurer requires one. See patient information for the full list.

Can I be seen today?

We keep a number of same-day slots for urgent problems. Call before 10:00 and we'll do our best. For emergencies, always call 112.

Do I need to register first?

No. Anyone can book. If you'd like us to be your regular practice, we'll set that up at your first visit.

Is parking available?

Six spaces behind the building, including one accessible bay. Street parking is free after 18:00.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50%, which we waive for genuine emergencies.
